HISTORY

Introduced in June 2009, the MacBook (Mid 2009) was a modest speed-bump of the existing MacBook (Early 2009). The processor speed was increased by 6.5 percent to 2.13 GHz, and the hard disk capacity was increased by 33 percent to 160 GB. The MacBook (Mid 2009) shipped in a single $999 U.S. configuration, with 2 GB of RAM.
