HISTORY

Introduced quietly in May 2010, the MacBook (Mid 2010) replaced the MacBook (Late 2009). Improvements included a faster processor and graphics chipset. The MacBook (Mid 2010) sold in a single $999 U.S. configuration, with 2 GB of RAM. Built-to-order options included 4 GB of RAM, and a 320 or 500 GB 5400 rpm hard drive.
